   Optional: You may also use this space for any special instructions for the postman, e.g. "if no reply, please leave…… in back porch/in garage/with neighbour at number 10,"etc.

2. For deliveries to any other address(es) please provide the following:

           1) Consignee's title, initial(s) and surname.
           2) Full postal address, including Postcode.
           3) Any message to be enclosed, (max 5 lines of 30 characters each including sender's name).

If delivery is by courier ( i.e. Celebration Pack, Royal Highland Selection or 3 + packages to one address) please also give a daytime telephone number.

• Deliveries to households in which both partners go out to work can be difficult. Unfortunately guaranteed evening and weekend services are ruinously expensive - we are working on it! Meanwhile it is often best to specify delivery either to a place of work or c/o a friendly retired neighbour.
• To avoid postal delays over the weekend please do not ask for delivery on a Monday.
• Be aware that your order is more likely to arrive early than late. About 90% of out UK despatches get there next day but to avoid disappointing the other 10% we usually try to despatch 2 working days before your requested date, (3 days at Christmas).
