Our Kiln Roast Salmon is a delicious summer treat and may be served hot or cold. The side is ready to carve and we enclose simple instructions with every pack. The salmon is lightly salted and cold smoked before being roasted under heavy smoke.Served with salad and new potatoes the roast salmon makes a tasty, easy to serve dish for a light lunch or smart picnic. Alternatively, it can be served hot.
